Monday Aug 9 Workout
am: easy 1.5 mile jog with Sumo
pm: swim 4 x 200 meters, then 2 x 50 meters run easy 5.5 miles and felt terrible, hot and slow (didn't I just say I could run miles under 7? Not today)
