What struck me as an adult version of hop-scotch kicked my butt, and hamstrings, and quads. -Milwaukee Journal reported Tom Held, who is undergoing a high intensity sports performance program at Froedert & Medical College of Wisconsin Sports Medicine Center.
It looks like this program, with heavy emphasis on plyometrics and core strength, is a killer if you are not used to it.
