Kenya has at least a couple dozen runners who could have won this marathon. Abel Kirui has 4 sub 2:08 marathons to his credit with a 2:05:04 marathon PR (Rotterdam- 2009). I also noticed that he ran 2:15:22 in oppressive heat and humidity at Singapore in 2006.
