Thurs Aug 6: 20 min jog with Sumo, then 5 x 800 with 90-95 sec recovery. This time I went back to the Oly Discovery Trail straight- I also measured it and found my old stretch a few meters short so made the adjustment. These are now accurate! The good news is each rep was run progressively faster and if you subtract 4 seconds (from the times I turned in on the old stretch) these were slightly faster than this workout I did on April 16 with a 2 min recovery

Not so much different from the times I've been doing in the park, however these were definitely run much faster.
