Mon- easy 5 coming off a difficult 20 on Sat.
Tues- 1 mile jog, then 17 miles
Wed- 2 mile jog, then 6 miles
Thurs- warm-up, then 6 x 800 fast with 2 min recovery, 5 miles total
Fri- easy 5
Sat- 1 mile jog, then 14 miles- a few miles in the middle at a good pace.
Total miles for the week = 57 miles
