Training Update- Sat Jan3
am: 1.5 miles with Sumo, then 15.5 miles. Pace was not fast but this was a hard run. Ave 7.0 mph on the GPS- 2hr 13 min for the 15.5. Total miles= 17 Total miles for the week- 69 miles
